Refund Policy
Refunds are available only on scheduled campaigns we miss. No refunds are given on unscheduled prepaid calls. To qualify for a scheduled campaign we must have both the properly formatted list and recording the day preceding the scheduled campaign.
Unused calls on campaigns missed due to customer failure to provide lists or recordings the day preceding the scheduled campaign will not be refunded but can still be used.
We realize during the hectic election season it is often not possible to have a prepared campaign ready to go the day before it is scheduled. We work diligently to get these last minute jobs out. Frankly, over half our jobs are done at the last minute and we rarely miss them. However, we can not guarantee these campaigns. If these jobs are missed they are not chargeable against your pre-paid calls, but they do not qualify for a refund.
Only campaigns properly scheduled the preceding day are entitled to a refund if missed.
