Our dedicated recording line is available 24/7 for candidates.  It is advisable for the candidate to tag the recording at the beginning with your company name so we are sure to connect the recording with you. We also strongly recommend that these recordings be done from a hard land line and not a cell phone for best results.

After we receive the recording we edit it and return it to you for approval at no charge.  We use Sound Forge Audio Studio software. Under most circumstances we can edit a 34-35 second message to 30 seconds or less by editing pauses and breaths.

Voice broadcasting requires a very low quality recording.  The specifications are as follows: Format: CCCIT u-law. Render: 8,000 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono. Be sure to send us all in-house recordings in this final format.  With Sound Forge software you simply create a file with these settings and save all recordings with these settings. Please bear in mind that all professionally recorded messages must be reduced to this format to work on telephone lines. Our dedicated recording line is formatted to conform to our protocol. Again, Sound Forge is a great tool, easy to use, and an additional source of revenue for you but you can also use our in-house system.
